The TAM Discipleship Program helps children and child guardians grow in a living relationship with Jesus while developing practical habits for life, school, and family.
Mentors meet children regularly, walk through Scripture, guided prayer, and provide accountability in personal growth.
This is not a one-time event model. Discipleship is sustained through the sponsorship journey, typically 5 to 7 years,
and is coordinated with local churches and child guardians so that growth continues beyond sponsored activities.
Core Discipleship Components
Weekly Mentorship
Children engage in consistent mentoring that includes prayer, biblical teaching, life reflection, and personal encouragement.
Character Formation
Structured lessons build integrity, respect, discipline, resilience, and servant leadership in daily life.
Family Faith Support
Child guardians receive guidance to practice faith at home so the child's growth is reinforced in the family context.
